The Blackburne tennis racquet is double sided with a set of strings on both sides of its lightweight graphite frame. Because the strings are taken to the edge of the frame, it eliminates deflections (flubbed shots) off the frame, giving you a bigger legal hitting surface. It makes it far easier to hit error-free topspin and slice.
